The Plejd VRI‑03 is a smart in-wall rotary dimmer, designed for use with incandescent bulbs, halogen lamps, and LED lighting. It supports both trailing-edge and leading-edge dimming, ensuring compatibility with a wide variety of modern drivers and light sources.

Control and Connectivity 

This dimmer communicates via Bluetooth mesh technology. It can be controlled wirelessly using the Plejd mobile app or other connected Plejd devices. The typical indoor wireless range is approximately 10 meters, and the mesh network extends this range when multiple Plejd units are installed.

Smart Features 

Built-in automation features include an astronomical clock that operates based on sunrise and sunset, as well as programmable weekly timers. These functions allow for fully automated lighting schedules without requiring external sensors or hubs.

Installation and Compatibility 

The VRI‑03 is intended for installation in standard European in-wall boxes. It includes a 4 mm shaft and an adapter for 6 mm, making it compatible with most popular switch frames. Installation requires a neutral wire.

Incandescent and halogen lamps at 230 volts: 0 to 300 watts

LED drivers (230 V, trailing-edge dimming): 0 to 200 VA

LED drivers (230 V, leading-edge dimming): 0 to 100 VA

Electronic transformers (12 V halogen): 0 to 300 VA

This product is not suitable for fluorescent tubes, inductive transformers, or compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs).
