Article 1 SHIPPING
5.1 We deliver our products in the following countries: the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
5.2 Our products are shipped with the transport companies: DHL or PostNL.
5.3 All products shown are in stock if indicated. If these products are in stock, these products will be delivered within 1-2 working days, this can take up to 5 working days. We try to keep you informed as much as possible.
5.4 All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
5.5 It is not possible to order cash on delivery from PremiumLED.
5.6 With an order of € 200.00, free delivery will take place.
Article 2 RETURNS
2.1 There are costs associated with the return, these are not reimbursed by Premiumled. We only reimburse the costs of the item (and the shipping costs).
2.2 The consumer is responsible for the return shipment. Depending on the product, it can be sent via DHL or PostNL.
2.3 We always strive to find a solution in cooperation with the client. If this is not the case, you can contact the disputes committee Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. You can send an email to: Webshop Keurmerk via [email protected]. This committee will act as a mediator and try to reach a solution.
Article 3 WARRANTY
3.1 We apply the distance selling law for consumers. If the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them - if undamaged and unused - to us within 14 days and receive a replacement product or a refund of any amount paid. Please contact us by email, also state your order number and description of the complaint. This rule does not apply to (bulk) orders of 50 or more products.
